Refund requests will go through the configured merchant and verified purchase record. Approved refunds, chargebacks and fraud-related revocations disable Pro. The final partial-refund policy needs approval before any payment service is enabled.
Your archive stays yours
Revoking Pro never erases messages or encryption keys. Historical archives remain viewable under the existing retention policy. Future Free monitoring requires one explicitly selected authorized conversation. An offline Mac may learn of revocation only on verification or lease expiry.

Publish a reviewed policy with legal operator and support details, customer rights, refund request steps and response expectations. Configure and test real refund, dispute and chargeback events with the chosen merchant. No real payments or refunds can be processed here.
