Authorized use
Monitor only conversations you are authorized to preserve. You are responsible for applicable consent requirements. Pro removes a conversation-count limit; it never supplies conversation consent or permission to access someone else’s data.
Free and Pro
Free permits one selected authorized conversation at a time and unlimited capture within it. Pro is $8.99 USD one-time for unlimited authorized conversations and all Free features. Applicable taxes are determined at checkout. Pro rights for the purchased product do not expire merely with time; valid refunds, chargebacks, fraud or revocation can remove access.
Proposed personal-use policy
One purchaser may use the purchased product on their own Macs, including reinstalls and replacements. Do not share or resell activation credentials. No arbitrary device cap is implemented. Final transfer, abuse and business-use policies need review before sales. Verification leases are limited to 24 hours offline, after which reconnection is needed; renewal does not require repurchasing.
Technical limitations
Capture is not guaranteed. Permatext cannot restore messages it never captured. Scheduling, sleep, permissions, database changes and undocumented Messages structures can affect reliability. A missing row alone does not prove an unsend. This software is not a certified evidentiary or backup service.
Retention and changes
Your existing retention and explicit erasure choices still apply. A licensing downgrade does not erase archives. All future major versions, uninterrupted service and unlimited lifetime support are not promised. Warranty, liability, consumer rights and dispute provisions require legal review rather than invented boilerplate.
